Special attention is focused on being in the present moment, moving mindfully with with your breath through your range of motion with core stability. This class is designed to build mind/body awareness while strengthening core and skeletal muscles, increasing flexibility and promoting stability, and an overall feeling of well-being. This fitness program is fun and easily modified to accommodate different fitness levels. Also, there is no need to get down on the floor- perfect for those who have difficulty getting up from the floor. It is recommended that you wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat to class.
