KENPO KARATE for SELF DEFENSE
Dates: Year Round; Enroll by: 1st Class each Month

Donna Bosworth (4th Degree Black Belt & World Champion) of Dan Donfro's World Class Kenpo Karate Academy teaches defensive skills against grabs, pushes, punches, kicks and holds. Participants are tested and may earn belts according to their abilities.
