- Recreation Membership Registration Form All participants must have an active Recreation Membership to access programs and facilities. This membership form must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian for all youth participants under the age of 18. Membership Details: New Bedford Residents: Free (must be renewed every 3 years) Non-New Bedford Residents: $15 annual fee As part of the registration process, all members will have a photo taken for identification purposes and will be issued a membership scan card. This card must be presented and scanned upon each visit to access the facility. Important: Members are required to bring their scan card every time they visit the recreation center. Failure to present a valid membership card may result in denied entry.
