This class includes the practice of foundational yoga postures for alignment, to build strength and promote flexibility. Breath and flow is utilized with each movement to restore energy and find grounding. Meditation and healing sounds are also integrated. Learn to relax your mind while strengthening your body through various poses. This class is perfect for those looking to build strength and incorporate self-care into their day. All skill levels are welcomed.
