This program was put together to create a nurturing and secure environment for all to find their inner athlete, get in shape or stay in shape through proper movement. The house of speed training, teaches young people to understand how their body works and reinforces proper movements and habits. This program will not only help them to have better footwork, speed and agility but it will also help with endurance, mental toughness, concentration and confidence.
