SPROUT SPORTS 2023
Tuesdays & Thursdays

Our SPROUT sport clinics are about teaching the basics, but most importantly having fun doing it.
Playing games that are easy for youngsters to get into.
The younger age groups focus on developing motor skills and self confidence, and
the older classes focus more on developing core skills and personal focus,
and introduce an element of light competition.

Residents:
$50 for 1 day a week
or
$75 for 2 days a week
