SPROUT Basketball

April 2025


Our SPROUT sports clinics are about teaching the basics, but most importantly having fun doing it.
Playing games that are easy for youngsters to get into.
The younger age groups focus on developing
motor skills and self-confidence, and
the older classes focus more on developing
core skills and personal focus,
and introduce an element of light competition.
