| General Information |
Fort Taber Community Center located in historic Fort Taber Park, provides sweeping views of New Bedford’s beaches and Buzzards Bay. The community center boasts a beautiful function hall with a small kitchen, large restrooms, an adjacent lawn area, and outdoor picnic style seating. It is great for all types of functions and can comfortably seat up to 150 with associated parking. Additional parking is available for a fee. Private party fees for Residents: $100/hr and Non-residents: $110/hr during peak season (May 1st to September 30th )*3 Hr minimum rental If booking outside this range you may qualify for a discount. Rate does not include additional set-up and breakdown time. You must pay for all time that is needed in the building. Peak period begins the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and ends the Monday of Labor Day weekend. All rentals are 3 hour minimums.
