New this season:
Participants are free to register for: 1-day, 2-days (any combination) or all 3-days! Players who have conflicts can also "Drop-In" on Tuesday or Thursdays. New Age Divisions for games if numbers allow.

Tuesdays: QB/WR Skills, Ages 9-15, 5:30-6:30pm
Quarterback in Action
Sam Schilling, Football Coach at Greater New Bedford Voc-Tech, will teach the fundamentals of the stance, the exchange from the snap, how to drop back, how to set up to throw, and how to make the pass. Play variations will also be taught including sprint outs & play action along with reading defenses, and field leadership. Participants may also play other positions such as wide receiver, running back and defensive back to facilitate learning.

Thursdays: Speed & Agility, Ages 9-15, 5:30-6:30pm

Norm Meltzer (CSCS) of MW Strength & Conditioning and New Bedford HS Strength Coach leads the Speed & Agility Program. Learn forward, backward, lateral, and non-linear movement along with plyometrics. Tempo, rhythm, fast feet, acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction are all covered. For athletes at any level in any sport!

Saturdays are League Game Days!
Tentative Plan: Ages 9-11, 8:30-10am; Ages 12-15, 10-11:30am
