Jaydah Bedoya
We are excited to welcome Jaydah Bedoya as the lead coach for our Girls Soccer Clinic!
A New Bedford native, Jaydah is a professional soccer player who played last season as a forward for DC Power FC in the USL Super League. She played collegiate soccer at University of Connecticut and West Virginia University, earning All-Big East First Team honors during her standout career at UConn. Jaydah began her professional career with Carolina Ascent FC, where she was named to the league's Team of the Month in both October and November 2024 before signing with DC Power FC.
Born and raised in New Bedford, Jaydah developed her skills playing locally before competing at the highest levels of collegiate and professional soccer. She has also represented both Ecuador and Puerto Rico on the international stage.
Coach Jaydah is passionate about inspiring the next generation of female athletes and helping young players build confidence, develop technical skills, and grow their love for the game. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from a professional player who has competed at the highest levels while staying connected to her New Bedford roots.
